The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan plans to place a debut issue of bonds in Russian rubles worth 1 billion rubles on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange on December 15. The head of the ministry, Almaz Baketaev, told reporters. According to him, the bonds will have a circulation period of two years and a coupon rate of 14.5 percent per annum. «We have a cooperation agreement with Gazprombank.
